The new Dacia Sandrider needs to survive in hot deserts for the 2025 Dakar Rally. Sébastien Loeb feels the car performs well so far, at least until the air conditioning malfunctions.

After coming up short in 2023, Team Mitsubishi Ralliart’s quartet of Sakchai Hantrakul, Kazuto Koide, Katsuhiko Taguchi and Chayapon Yotha will race a more durable Triton at the 2024 Asia Cross Country Rally.

Tibau Team will field an IVECO for Helena Tarruell Tibau, Jaqueline Ricci, and Rebeca Aramburu at the Baja Aragón, with hopes of eventually racing the Dakar Rally.

Only 14 of the 28 FIA European Baja Cup drivers, including 4 of the 10 Ultimates and half of the SSVs, finished the Italian Baja.
